Abstract:
The Page research group focuses on developing novel cancer therapies using innovative chemical biology techniques. Our approach prioritizes the use of cellular target engagement assays that detect direct interactions between potential inhibitors and their intended biological target(s) in cells. Ongoing projects seek to generate promising small molecule inhibitors using cutting-edge medicinal chemistry techniques, and to collaboratively progress these compounds towards advanced preclinical studies.
