Abstract: 
The Joannah & Brian Lawson Centre for Child Nutrition invite you to attend the Lawson Family Chair in Microbiome Nutrition Research Seminar Series. This annual seminar provides a venue for nutrition and health researchers to share leading-edge science on the microbiome with the research community. The seminar includes two presentations, the first delivered by a trainee and the second by an established leader in the field. This year’s presenters include Post Doctoral Fellow, Marta Selma-Royo, and Professor M. Carmen Collado from the Department of Biotechnology, Institute of Agrochemistry and Food Technology-Spanish National Research Council (IATA – CSIC) in Valencia Spain.
