Abstract:
EpiCypher has pioneered the manufacture of designer recombinant nucleosomes containing defined post-translational modifications. These have multiple uses, including interrogating epigenetic regulators (dCypher: e.g. Weinberg et al (2019) Nature in press) and standardizing ChIP from antibody characterization (e.g. Shah et al (2018) Mol Cell 72:162) to normalization (i.e. SNAP). CUTANA (our expansion of the CUT&RUN and CUT+Tag approachs) is the next horizon and drastically increases sensitivity with reduced cell numbers and sequencing depth. The development of each platform will be discussed.
