Invited Speaker Seminar
Abstract:
The antiviral DNA cytosine deaminase APOBEC3B accounts for a large proportion of mutations in cancer, and the related enzyme APOBEC3H likely also contributes. This seminar will review key data supporting roles for these enzymes in tumor evolution and detail recent molecular and clinical insights.
