Abstract:
The first part will be about B. Subtilis sporulation, presenting our studies on the mechanism of engulfment, and our finding that the two cells are metabolically differentiated. The second part will focus on our translational studies using cell biology and genetics to investigate antibiotic MOA and identify molecules that inhibit new drug targets.
